Co-founded Capture Success and is COO of Cubo, a company building a distraction-detection device.

Co-founder

Co-founded Capture Success as a high schooler and helped build the free six-week accelerator it runs at Frontier RTP.

Research assistant in Stephen Pizer's lab at UNC Chapel Hill, evaluating a deep-learning model that predicts 3D anatomical shape from MRI data.

Neeraj Sivashankar

Co-founder

Coached DECA Operations Research teams through research design, data analysis and presentations before becoming chief of staff of the 400-plus-member chapter.

Saatvik Santosh

Built the Capture Success website and handles the technical side of team projects, from web development to microcontrollers, sensors and hardware prototyping.

Ketav Karthikeyan

Does independent neuroscience research and serves as secretary of the Fuquay-Varina Teen Council.

It started with watching friends build alone

Capture Success was started in 2024 by a group of high school students in the Triangle. The problem we kept seeing wasn't a lack of ideas — classmates had real ones — it was that everyone was building solo: no teammates, no feedback, nobody who had shipped anything before. So we made the room we wished existed.

Then our first cohort started winning

Beacon, a team guided start to finish inside our first cohort, took first place at TiE Young Entrepreneurs Regionals and qualified for nationals in Seattle. Around them a network formed — today it's ten student-led companies, including VisioCourt, which supplies the live court-occupancy data at three Town of Morrisville facilities and presented at MIT.

Now we're building the room for everyone

This fall we're running a free six-week accelerator at Frontier RTP, open to any student in grades nine and up — with twelve partners we recruited ourselves, from UNC and NC State to Launch Chapel Hill, CED, Wake Tech, and Hub RTP. It ends on a stage, at Final Pitch Night, in front of the Triangle startup community.
