It started with watching friends build alone

Capture Success was started in 2026 by a group of high school students in the Triangle. The problem we kept seeing wasn't a lack of ideas — classmates had real ones — it was that everyone was building solo: no teammates, no feedback, nobody who had shipped anything before. So we made the room we wished existed.

First we proved students would show up

Before the accelerator existed, we ran Finnovate — months of weekly student-focused fintech writing, then Startup Spotlight: a live pitch competition where more than twenty teams presented to six business professionals. The room was full. That was the proof.

Then our first cohort started winning

Beacon, a team guided start to finish inside our first cohort, took first place at TiE Young Entrepreneurs Regionals and qualified for nationals in Seattle. Around them a network formed — today it's ten student-led companies, including VisioCourt, which runs live court tracking for the Town of Morrisville and presented at MIT.

Now we're building the room for everyone

This fall we're running a free six-week accelerator at Frontier RTP, open to any student in grades nine and up — with twelve partners we recruited ourselves, from UNC and NC State to Launch Chapel Hill, CED, Wake Tech, and Hub RTP. It ends on a stage, at Final Pitch Night, in front of the Triangle startup community.
